Perhaps your corporate or non-profit party is right around the corner, fear not, Kate Edmonds Events can manage all of the aspects of your important event from conception to completion. Starting with the choice of venue, we have hundreds of sites on our books from magnificent museums to glorious yachts, and everything in between. We have developed relationships with the most talented vendors that are able to reflect your brand and work within your budget. Pricing is approximately 15-20% of the budget however, this does vary based on the scope of the event and guest count.

Hourly Consultation Starting at $300/hour - 10 Hour Minimum

For the client that is unsure of their wants and wishes, the hourly package is designed to help you determine the size and scope of your needs while you get comfortable with our team. At any time, our hourly package can be rolled over into one of our event design and production packages and deducted from the price of your total fees. We can organize venue selections, walkthroughs and meetings, negotiate contracts, refer fabulous vendors, and so much more! All hours are accounted for and documented-10 hour minimum required.
